Fabian Papa & Partners was founded in 2006 to provide consulting engineering services related to the planning, creation, maintenance and enhancement of municipal infrastructure, driven by the development and re-development of land, or the ongoing needs of public sector utilities, responsible for the operation, maintenance, rehabilitation and replacement of these systems.
With strong technical and management backgrounds, our firm’s thinking is motivated by the long-term business success of our clients, whether it be driven by profits as in the private sector, or cost-efficiencies as in the public sector.
