Dr. Barry Adams joined the firm following a long and successful tenure at the University of Toronto where he was a Professor of Civil Engineering and held the post of Chair of that Department for a decade. He has a long-standing history of consulting, research and teaching in the areas of municipal infrastructure, water resources, decision analysis, among others. Barry guides the firm’s research and development activities in relation to
the provision of integrated solutions for the development, management, operation and upgrading of urban water infrastructure systems.

Paolo has significant experience in project management and detailed design of municipal infrastructure for the firm’s institutional, private and public sector clientele. He has become a recognized professional in the planning and implementation of filling programs for former extractive land uses, often being retained by the public sector in the capacity of peer reviewer. He received his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and joined the firm as a partner in 2007. |

André is a long-time collaborator and friend of the FP&P team which he joined as an Associate in 2012 following tenure with a large consultancy. André is a specialist in municipal engineering design and terrain modelling for earthworks and related operations. |

Robert brings over15 years of experience in land development and municipal engineering, with particular emphasis on the management of projects. His experience includes tenures as resident engineer for a reputable land developer and home building organization in the Greater Toronto Area as well as in consultancy.He is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Civil Engineering program and joined the firm as a partner in 2009. |
Jason Jenkins P.E. |
Jason has over 12 years of consulting experience which is largely focused in land development and municipal engineering. Throughout his career, Jason has designed and managed a variety of projects including gas stations, office parks, industrial sites, retail developments, and residential projects of varying size. He has worked with clients such as Toronto Community Housing, Toronto Port Authority, Starbucks, Shell, Chevron, Home Depot, and Toys R Us. He is experienced in site servicing design, grading design, earthwork calculations, and design coordination. |

Fabian is the founding partner of the firm that bears his name and has 15 years of experience in a variety of capacities relating to municipal infrastructure systems. This background includes extensive experience, both locally and internationally, in land development, contract structuring and negotiations, urban water systems analysis and modelling as well as expert testimony.Fabian is a principal of HydraTek & Associates, a modeling specialist firm which is a global leader in hydraulic transient analysis. He is also the founder of Vatten Infrastructure, an advisory firm specializing in the procurement, structuring and financing of water infrastructure projects—that is, those employing public-private partnership (PPP) or alternative financing procurement (AFP) delivery models—and companies servicing the water and wastewater industry. |
