Barry J. Adams, Ph.D., P.Eng.
Dr. Barry Adams joined the firm following a long and successful tenure at the University of Toronto where he was a Professor of Civil Engineering and held the post of Chair of that Department for a decade.  He has a long-standing history of consulting, research and teaching in the areas of municipal infrastructure, water resources, decision analysis, among others.  Barry guides the firm’s research and development activities in relation to
the provision of integrated solutions for the development, management, operation and upgrading of urban water infrastructure systems.
Damian Albanese, P.Eng.

Damian Albanese joined the firm following an engaging and successful career in both the private and public sectors, the latter of which included management and leadership posts with the City of Mississauga Transportation & Works Department as well as the Regional Municipality of Peel’s Public Works Department as Director of Engineering & Construction and Director of Transportation.  He has extensive knowledge in the fields of Municipal Review and Approvals, Land Development, Municipal  Infrastructure, Transportation,  Asset  Management, Budgeting and Programming, Strategic and Long-Range Planning, Administration, Negotiation, Facilitation, Initiatives and People Management, among others.

Paolo has significant experience in project management and detailed design of municipal infrastructure for the firm’s institutional, private and public sector clientele. He has become a recognized professional in the planning and implementation of filling programs for former extractive land uses, often being retained by the public sector in the capacity of peer reviewer. He received his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and joined the firm as a partner in 2007.
Angela Bodrozic-Selak

Angela joined the firm in 2013 following graduation from the University of Toronto’s Civil Engineering program.  She had previous experience working in the public sector with the City of Brampton’s Engineering and Development Services Department where she conducted technical reviews of Site Plan Applications, including grading, drainage, sewers, stormwater management and site inspections.  Angela’s work at the firm includes project design, earthwork calculations, contract management, and site supervision for a range of civil engineering projects.

André is a long-time collaborator and friend of the FP&P team which he joined as an Associate in 2012 following tenure with a large consultancy. André is a specialist in municipal engineering design and terrain modelling for earthworks and related operations.

Robert brings over 20 years of experience in land development and municipal engineering, with particular emphasis on the management of projects. His experience includes tenures as resident engineer for a reputable land developer and home building organization in the Greater Toronto Area as well as in consultancy. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Civil Engineering program and joined the firm as a partner in 2009.

Jason has over 14 years of consulting experience which is largely focused in land development and municipal engineering.  Throughout his career, Jason has designed and managed a variety of projects including gas stations, office parks, industrial sites, retail developments, and residential projects of varying size.  He has worked with clients such as Toronto Community Housing, Toronto Port Authority, Starbucks, Shell, Chevron, Home Depot, and Toys R Us.  He is experienced in site servicing design, grading design, earthwork calculations, and design coordination.
Alexander Mokin

Alex initially joined the firm as an intern student and subsequently full-time following his last year of a Bachelor’s degree program at the University of Toronto where he continued to develop technical skills and knowledge in the field of municipal engineering as well as complementing these through a business minor.  Alex has been involved in a numerous design and construction projects, from cradle to grave.  Alex spends his spare time assisting in the development of future engineers by organizing and managing the 3rd Year Municipal Engineering design project at the University of Toronto in conjunction with Dr. Bryan Karney (HydraTek & Associates).

Fabian is the founding partner of the firm that bears his name and has over 20 years of experience in a variety of capacities relating to municipal infrastructure systems. This background includes extensive experience, both locally and internationally, in land development, contract structuring and negotiations, urban water systems analysis and modelling as well as expert testimony.  Fabian is also a principal of HydraTek & Associates, a hydraulic specialist firm which is a global leader in hydraulic transient analysis and pump performance and efficiency testing.  Fabian is a member of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) Green Municipal Fund (GMF) Peer Review Committee, providing expertise and advice on the fund’s investments in water and energy projects.
Brendan Scotland P.Eng.

Brendan joined the firm in 2016 with a background in land development consulting and academic research. He is a graduate of the Water Resources Engineering program at the University of Guelph. With experience on projects ranging in size from small site plans to municipal blocks, Brendan is well versed in the land development process as well as municipal servicing design, and particularly, stormwater management.
